[HONG KONG, 15 OCTOBER 2026] This October, Jean-Pierre opens its doors for lunch for the first time since it launched in 2025.  As a jubilant ode to the long French déjeuner, the iconic French restaurant on Bridges Street is launching The Trois Martini Lunch - where the glasses are full, the plates are generous and the only thing on the agenda is another martini, or three.

‍

Running every Thursday and Friday from 15 October through 26 December, The Trois Martini Lunch food menu starts at HKD588 per person and is meant as a celebration of the art of lingering over a meal and drinks with friends. Indeed, where the executive set lunch exists to get you in and out, The Trois Martini Lunch exists to make sure you stay.

‍

And then, of course, there are the martinis. The Trois Martini Lunch also offers three martinis per guest for only an added HKD288, because one is never enough and well, as the French say; ‘Jamais deux sans trois. (two, never three)’ Wines by the glass span white, rosé, red and zero-proof options, with the full cocktail menu available à la carte.

‍

‍

Chef John Troupis has curated a menu of bistro classics in the spirit of the honest and unpretentious cooking that has defined Jean-Pierre since opening night. Guests can select one Entrée from the Escargots de Bourgogne, Steak Tartare, Soupe à l'Oignon and Salade de Chèvre Chaud . For the Plat, the selection reads like a roll call of the French bistro canon. Boeuf Bourguignon, Saumon au Beurre Blanc and Gnocchi Parisienne sit alongside the Steak au Poivre for those who like their lunch with conviction.

‍

Tables of two or more can opt for the Poulet de Simone, Jean-Pierre's celebrated half chicken and an ode to the classic poulet rôti, prepared with Hong Kong's exceptional three yellow chicken and a luscious stuffing of mushrooms, tarragon and spinach, carved and served with the kind of tableside flair that has become a hallmark of the restaurant. Garnitures of crispy Pierre Koffmann Frites, Salade Verte and Champignons Rôtis round out the savoury offering, while dessert brings a choice of the Mousse au Chocolat or Profiteroles to close the afternoon on a sweet and indulgent note

‍

"The long French dejeuner is one of civilization's great inventions, a meal that refuses to be rushed, where the food is the starting point and the conversation carries you through the afternoon," shares co-founder Marc Hofmann. "With The Trois Martini Lunch, we are bringing that spirit to Hong Kong. This is not a lunch you squeeze in between meetings. This is a lunch you cancel meetings for."

About Jean-Pierre

Opened in 2025 on Bridges Street, Hong Kong, Jean-Pierre is a jubilant homage to the charming and decadent bistros of Paris. Each night at Jean-Pierre is a celebration of the art of living well, embracing a belief that meals should linger long after the candles burn low, wine tastes better when it is shared and the best conversations happen when no one is thinking about tomorrow.
