Dominique grew up in Hong Kong, and has spent her entire career working in Asia, mainly in Hong Kong and Singapore, with a remit into Asia-Pacific and Greater China.
Dominique opened COMPANION in 2019 to fill a gap for a truly senior-led and strategic approach to agency work in Asia. Since then, COMPANION has grown its reputation across the region, working with large clients as far ranging as Hongkong Land, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts Barratt London, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Shangri-La Group.
Beyond the big names, COMPANION prides itself on its work with small independent brands - helping them develop their positioning and strategy and creating authentic storytelling and relationship building. These include such Asian-based cultural leaders as Lorenzo Antinori at Bar Leone, Nana Chan at Plantation Tea Bar, Mandala Group in Singapore, Chef Shane Osborn at Arcane and many more.
Today, COMPANION has two offices in Hong Kong and Singapore, and has teams across PR, Content and Social Media.
Prior to opening COMPANION, Dominique managed the Asia-Pacific and Greater China PR strategy for hotel brand COMO Hotels and Resorts and wellness brand COMO Shambhala. Before her time inhouse, Dominique spent over a decade agency-side in Asia where she led regional strategies for Belmond, Oetker Collection, Qantas, One&Only Resorts, Leading Hotels of the World, CE LA VI, Champagne Barons de Rothschild, Longines Horse Masters and many more.
In 2023, Dominique was named 40 Under 40 by Campaign Asia-Pacific, an award that showcases innovation, grit and boundary-pushing brilliance in the region.
