Conscious gifting
Exquisitely curated Christmas gifts for purchase are delightfully displayed and woven throughout Asaya spaces, unveiled from mid-November. The selection includes ethically sourced homewares to premium skincare gift sets, signature comestibles to sensual aromatherapy scents, curated boutique apparelto niche-brand jewellery with meaning. Highlights include a curated selection of homewares & handbags from Sin Sin Fine Arts, unique gifts and confectioneries by Kapok, Bimbo Concepts’ sustainable presents for little ones, the best of new activewear and accessories from Caelum Green and coveted scents from BeCandle – all designed for memorable gifting or to treat one’s self too.
Bespoke creations
During Jul, Asaya presents workshops to create gifts that convey love and care to lucky recipients while unleashing participants’ imaginations.
The light of the season will glow long with an individually scented candle, made by participants in a BeCandle workshop devised by an expert perfumer, chemist, and designer. The experience begins with inspiration from a “Sensory Vault” of colours, textures and objects to create a concept and mood board, through to development of a unique scent and hand-made creation of a bespoke 200ml candle, as well as a record documenting the guest’s creative journey. The BeCandle workshops, extra special when experienced with a friend or loved one, are priced at HKD1,280 per person and take place on 11 December.
Asaya also offers guests the opportunity to blend their own personalised body scrubs,bath salts and aromatic oils, and create a scent from festive aromas, such as cinnamon,ginger, clove, brown sugar and peppermint. Experiences include bespoke Aroma Oil Blending from Votary (HKD590 for a50ml bottle) and tailored Tonic Atelier Scrub Making (HKD620 for a 250mlj ar.) With any purchase of HKD4,000 or more, guests can receive a complimentary pass or credit towards one of Asaya’s well-being classes.
Overnight Jul glow
From1 to 31 December, the Warming Winter Wellcation is a one to two-night stay in Rosewood Hong Kong luxury accommodation or an Asaya Lodge, all with a Jul-tide twist. Specially chosen welcome amenities promoting warmth and connection -- from Cinnamon Salt Baths to Sweet Ginger Tea – are just the beginning. Guests are invited to choose from a range of 75-minute sessions with a resident well-being practitioner and from a selection of 60-minute body or facial treatments per day, along with unlimited access to Asaya well-being classes,fitness centre and Rosewood Hong Kong swimming pool. Also included is a one-on-one session with Dr. Tal, Asaya’s doctor of naturopathic medicine. Healthy breakfasts and three-course lunches at Asaya Kitchen provide delicious nourishment. There’s even pre-dinner refreshments served at star-gazing loungers with cosy blankets set amidst a lushly elegant, sparkling winter wonderland garden reservedfor Asaya guests. Those staying between 13 and 25 December are also gifted with a surprise “12 Days of Christmas” series of wellness-oriented special gifts and workshops. Warming Winter Wellcationrates start from HKD8,000 and bookings may be made starting from 3 November.
Winter well-being workshops
In-depth retreats and workshops with both in-house and visiting practitioners provide respite during hectic holiday schedules and illuminating new perspectives in time for the start of a new year. Included are a day-long Emotional Detoxification Retreat with hypnotherapist Sonia Samtani on 4 December, Sexual Wellness with Sara Tang on 9 December.
“Night Before” preparation and “Morning After” rejuvenation
As Rosewood Hong Kong guests and city residents prep for their extravagant social events of the holiday season, and seek recovery afterwards, Asaya debuts “The Morning After The Night Before” – a package with both inclusions pre and post-event, or to purchase as The Night Before, or The Morning After - from 1 December to 1 January 2022, based on availability. With a Tonic Atelier Body Scrub and Massage, a premium Facial by Sunday Riley or GOA, and expert blow-dry, both men and women will step out in style. The day following a night on the town, hydrotherapy, back massage, replenishing lunch at Asaya Kitchen and more will calm and rebalance the system prior to the next big bash. “The Night Before” is priced starting fromHKD5,580 and “The Morning After” from HKD3,570 per person.
