Restaurant Petrus


Iconic Michelin-starred Restaurant Petrus is offering the quintessential glamorous New Year’s Eve experience with Champagne towers and a decadent dinner prepared by Chef Uwe Opocensky. The six-course meal will take centre stage featuring such luxurious and perfectly executed dishes as George Bruck Foie Gras served with figs and hazelnuts, Brittany Lobster Ravioli and the piece de resistance, a Brandt Beef Calotte served with donabe rice, mushrooms and chestnuts to sustain revellers throughout the night.

New Year’s Eve dinner at Restaurant Petrus is priced at HKD $2,888 per person.

Lobster Bar and Grill


Those who love to dance can welcome in the New Year at Lobster Bar and Grill, featuring a live band playing classic disco hits. Guests will enter 2024 with full stomachs and full hearts, with a generous spread including Parsnip Tatin, Duck Leg Tortellini and Aged M8 Sirloin on the six-course menu.

New Year’s Eve dinner at Lobster Bar and Grill is priced at HKD $1,988 per person, an optional wine pairing add-on is available for HKD $988.

Harbour Room Countdown Party

As the clock moves towards midnight, guests celebrating throughout the hotel are invited to gather on the 56th floor Harbour Room to send off 2023 with a bang. The dance floor will be ignited with tunes played by a live band, free-flow champagne will be available and the Cigar and Whisky Bars will remain open until the wee hours of the new year.

A HKD $550 entrance fee will be charged for the Countdown Party, which includes a glass of champagne.

New Year’s Eve Hotel Package

Revellers who want to begin and end the year at Island Shangri-La can take advantage of a special New Year’s Eve Hotel stay package for the whole family. The package includes 1-night in a Peak View Suite, entry to the Harbour Room Countdown Party to enjoy the fireworks and breakfast the next day for two adults and one child.

Price for the New Year’s Eve Room Package starts from HKD $5,600.
