It's a shoulder-to-shoulder collaboration between Lorenzo Antinori and Justin Shun Wah of Bar Leone and Rosewood Hong Kong’s team of hospitality veterans, including Managing Director Hugo Montanari, Director of Culinary Operations Fabian Altabert, Hotel Manager Juan Serrano and F&B Director Sandro Brusco, among many others.

Built on Rosewood’s core brand pillars of discovery and sense of place, Bar Camillo draws inspiration from the nostalgia of a classic Italian ‘salotto.’ Designed as an extension of an inviting living room – the natural stage for great parties and gatherings – the bar replaces rigid hotel formality with an eclectic, unpretentious atmosphere, creating a social hub dedicated to the exacting craft of cocktail-making and the art of the Negroni.
